Yesterday I was swimming after my Irish coffee when I realized, I was feeling a bit weak. I decided to cook up some lunch. The cast of characters (can you guess what it's going to be?) My guess is dad will know:

Here's the beginning:

It's never too late to sautee:

The end result:

Some delicious sloppy joes. My next try at cooking might be with a homemade bbq sauce.

i like sloppy joes. i always think of it as a winter food though. instead of sending d out in the snow to grill hamburgers we have these instead. winter or summer, they are still good.
I would have never thought of them as a winter food. In fact, they're one of my favorite summer foods. I love sitting outside with a sloppy joe and some potato chips in the sunshine.
I like sloppy joes too but I usually wimp out and by the Not So Sloppy Joe in a jar. Actually pretty good stuff.
and of course you use the potato chips as scoops for the sloppy joe that fall out of the bun.
